Week 3 ya'll!
Today marks week 3 of the Insanity challenge. I only lost 1 pound last week for a total of 5.6 lb loss since the 16th of January. It really bummed me out.
Until I did my fit test (which you do every two weeks to measure your cardio and strength) and I realized that I could do more of the exercises for longer periods of time.
